Making Father’s Day Even More Special

Since Father’s Day is right around the corner, I thought I would share what festivities I’m planning for Allen. 

Okay, so one thing about me is I LOVE a themed event (I’m actually going to make an upcoming blog post about themed events soon, ha!). And because Allen is the biggest Star Wars fan I know, I thought it would be cool to shower him with a “Dadalorian” Father’s Day. For those of you who are not familiar with Star Wars (I wouldn’t if not for Allen), the Mandalorian is a Star Wars television series and not to mention, one of the most-watched streaming series currently out there. 

Due to its popularity, I’ve been able to find quite a bit of Dadalorian merchandise and decor for Father’s Day. I’m also teaming up with my event planner, Melvia Howze, owner of Beautifully MADE Artistry to make this small intimate event a success. 

The color scheme is primarily black and yellow, but we’re also going to incorporate silver and gold into the décor. We’re planning to decorate our deck for this occasion with a nice backdrop, table setting, and dessert station which will be the focal arrangements. 

This post will be a two-part series and we will update once we unveil the actual photos of Allen’s Dadalorian Father’s Day Event. I will share details on the décor and where to find most of the items.
